The staff are fairly friendly and amiable.

We stayed in a new-fashioned and fashionable room. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a grand showpiece square. The staff was gentle and friendly, great services.

Original hotel located close enough to all the major attractions, such as doges palace, the Rialto bridge, st marks square and all the shops and restaurants as well as REalto bridge. Reasonably large and functional room with a view over the river. Particularly good and magnificent location, in the famous opera house. For tea or coffee visit Marmi's Cafe nearby. A great selection of food in the property, outdoor restaurant.

We had a very very good stay during our 2 week vacation.
The hotel was located really close to the water taxi dock/train station/bus station, all the major sites and bar / restaurants. Appreciated the Venetian-style building and well-equipped and nicely decorated room with a view. The food was good, drinks were hot.

We had a very very good stay during our 2 week vacation.
The hotel was located near to secret local hotspots and the square in a different building. The venue staff was AMAZINGLY ATTENTIVE and excellent. Appreciated our well-equipped and nicely decorated room in good condition and the Venetian-style building. Extras like air conditioning and 2 windows were appreciated. Beautiful and amazing location right next to the water ferry terminal where the Alilaguna water bus left from to go across to Venice, exceeded high expectations.

That was charming small hotel set in very quite area, just off REalto bridge and San Marco square and Torcello and the shopping area and cafe. The staff was gentle and amicable, great services. Really enjoyed the way our air-conditioned and functional room on the upper floors was arranged. The property had a good location minutes from a landmark bridge. Really nice stay, we were there for 2 days.
Some of the staff were unprofessional.

The location was marvellous and stunning right in the center of the hustle bustle, you may take train on Venezia Santa Lucia train station within 20 minutes walk from here. Our breakfast was marvelous and nice with fresh bread and croissants. The staff were very kind and great from arrival to departure🙂❤

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of everything in Venice, making it easy to access all the main attractions and restaurants. It is also in a typical Venetian palace with lots of character, giving you a unique experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large windows offering great views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.
The hotel is quite remote to everything that you may want to do, from eating to sightseeing, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The bedroom was huge and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Rialto bridge in an old building with a lot of character. I highly recommend this place, excellent value for money!

A charming young Venetian man offered the use of his balcony, since we did not have a canal-side room. He served us tea on a small table that he wheeled out onto the balcony!

This hotel is excellently located on a small canal in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all attractions. The rooms with elaborately painted ceiling are beautifully decorated and come with basic amenities. The breakfast, which includes fresh bread and croissants, is included in the price.
All was ok.
